The alternative to a remodel

A typical bathroom remodel in New Jersey means demolition, a dumpster in the driveway, permits, multiple trades, and weeks without a shower, often at $10,000 to $12,000 or more. If your tile is sound, most of that spending replaces material that was never the problem. The problem is the grout and caulk, and those can be renewed.

Everything in a full restoration

A full restoration runs our complete process on the entire enclosure. Step one: we grind out all old, moldy grout and cut out every caulk joint. Step two: 220°F dry vapor steam sanitizes the tile, joints, niches, and pan. Step three: fresh grout is installed and finished with a color seal or upgraded to epoxy. Step four: every change of plane, the pan or tub joint, and the glass perimeter are sealed with commercial silicone.

What you get at the end of the day

Uniform grout color from top to bottom, clean sharp caulk lines, and sealed joints that shed water. The tile you chose years ago looks the way it did when it was installed. Because the work is completed in a single visit, you are back in your shower after the materials cure.
